Privacy & cookies

Short version: this site does not use analytics, ads or tracking scripts of its own, and it sets no cookies itself.

What happens when you click an affiliate link

When you click a link marked ↗ you leave this site. The partner (for example Discover Cars, GetYourGuide, Airalo, Booking.com or NordVPN) may set its own cookie so it can credit us if you book. That cookie is controlled by the partner under its privacy policy, and you can accept or refuse it on their site.

Hosting logs

Our static host may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security. We don't combine them with any other data.

The trip planner

The trip cost planner runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because we don't collect personal data ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. For partner cookies, contact the partner. Questions: use the contact address on the About page.
